Another South African farmer was murdered on Tuesday night on his farm near Warden in the Free State, between Johannesburg and Durban. 43 year old Christiaan van Wyngaard, owner of the Good Hope farm had been repeatedly stabbed with a sharp object.According to police, farm workers found the body of the victim on Wednesday morning. The police also confirmed nothing was stolen and that Mr. Van Wyngaard's wallet and cell phone and other valuables were untouched. Nobody has been arrested for the murder.
Mr, Van Wyngaard's wife Marie (55) survived the incident but had to be treated for shock.
